Just recently #Justiceforchutki trended online pointing fingers at Chhota Bheem – the lead character of the animated serial – for marrying princess Indumati over his childhood friend Chutki. Twitter even calls Bheem ‘Dhokebaaj’ (cheater) because of his decision to not marry Chutki.

In the series Chhota Bheem and Chutki can be often seen together, embarking on different adventures, defeating the monsters, and wicked people saving the innocent villagers. Chhota Bheem also hones a superpower using which he can defeat forces much stronger than his age, which is only invoked after having Laddus (sweets). And Chutki’s mother TunTun Mausi (Tuntun Aunt) makes the best laddus in the village. Understandably, Chutki helps with the much-needed laddus too.

Now comes the part that has evoked the trend. Bheem, whenever he gets the exposure of Rajkumari Indumati (Princess Indumati), tends to forget his commoner trusted friends, including Chutki. And now after a plot-twist, Bheem is marrying the princess, Twitter believes.

GreenGold Animation, the makers of the animation series have decided enough was enough and landed amid the apparent controversy stirred by their character Bheem. The makers officially refute such twits in the plot, urging people to not slip ‘love and marriage’ into the lives of the innocent children, that is Chhota Bheem and his friends.

“We would like everyone to know that all the characters in the show including Chhota Bheem, Chutki and Indumati are all still kids,” the makers state. “The viral news stating the characters got married is false and we request everyone to refrain from commenting on it.”

Twitter last day went gaga over #justice for chutki. Take a look at the posts:

Chhota Bheem sired on Pogo in 2008, and the children’s sitcom has since then been running. Kids and adults alike enjoy the show. By far Chhota Bheem is one of the country’s most popular shows.
