TV anchors, like other live, on-screen jobs, do one of the most exhaustive jobs in the world, and being the prey to malfunction is nothing new to them. In a similar incident, a Ukrainian TV anchor’s tooth falls life, but the way she handles is an epitome of grace.
According to 7News, the newsreader Marichka Padalko’s fantastic career span two decades. Apparently, her experience came handy to handle a ‘newsreader’s worst nightmare.’
“Yes, I really lost part of my front tooth today during the live TSN broadcast,” according to Padalko on Instagram, a translation published by Evening Standard reads.
After the ordeal, she reportedly continued with her morning news reading like a pro.
“This is probably my most curious experience in 20 years as a presenter,” she said. Watch the video shared by the amazing presenter herself below:
Turns out, Marichka Padalko’s daughter accidentally hit her original tooth with an alarm clock 10 years ago, and what she lost on set was the duplicate tooth attached, according to the report.
